So I moved back to Btown, loving my new house, although the tap in the kitchen was dripping for 6 weeks and the floorboards are creaky, I do love its central location. I feel as though I am doing more things day to day just because how close to town I am. I worked a lot in September because I am part of the Student Union and with all the first years moving back there was a lot to be done. Although I have been here for almost two months now I am only on my second week back at university; I can already see how much work and generally how much I will have to keep me going over this year. I am writing for the University newspaper the Verse (Links below) it has been totally re branded and we are working from the ground up so I am really excited to be part of that! I have also been asked to present for the University radio Burst (again with the Links) I have no idea what I will be doing as of yet, it is all new to me, but I am just excited to be part of it. The good thing about the radio is that it is streamed online, so when I know when I will be on air you guys can listen (please don't feel obliged too I could be terrible).
In the past weeks I have been lucky to have my parents come down for a surprise visit and my brother came down to celebrate (early) his 19th Birthday. I am really looking forward to this year and I hope that I can document it as much as possible. Here are a few snaps from the last month; enjoy!
