A Sense of Poise and Rationality

Tuesday nights can only mean one thing when I am back in Essex, Student night at The Alex pub in Southend. Even if there is not much you fancy on the £1.25 - £1.50 drinks menu, the alternative music, the kooky furniture and the friendly atmosphere is enough for a Tuesday night out with some friends. 

I bought this shirt a few weeks ago from a vintage seller on ebay. It cost me a total of £5.00 and that is including P+P. I honestly could not believe how cheap it was being sold for (it was on auction but obviously was not getting much attention) that I needed to have it! I love the stripes, the beading on the collar and the general shape of it, it is honestly so beautiful. I wore this shirt with black Topshop jeans and of course my babies, my creepers. I had a great night all in all.

The title of this post is a lyric from the song ‘I write sins not tragedies’ - Panic at the disco, which was the song playing when I first walked into the pub.
